Dolphin Camp

 Skylar and I spent today at the Dolphin Flag Football Camp.  The camp lasts all this week.

My friend Joe is the Equipment Manager for the Dolphins.  Afterwards, he gave us a private tour of the locker room.  Thanks Joe!!!  You Rock!!

First Day of Summer Vacation!!!!!!!

Today is the first day of Skylars summer vacation.  The last couple of days of school were a blast!  take a look!

Donuts with Dad

This is how we started off our morning.  Posing for our annual “Donuts with Dads” event inSkylar’s classroom.  We got there early so we could throw a few passes on the field.

I can’t believe that there are only a few days left of school.  Skylar will be attending the Miami Dolphins Flag Football Camp in about 2 weeks.  He cant wait….neither can I.   Im signed up to be an assistant for the camp.

He’s a Music Man

Last weekend Skylar was part of the “Music Man” musical at Calvary Christian Academy.  It was only a small part, but he did an awesome job.

He was the smallest one in the production, so he stood out every time that he was on stage……scene stealer…I think they call it.

Making Memories

Every year on Memorial Day and the Fourth of July, we get out our flag, perform a little marching ceremony on the driveway, and mount the flag on the front of our house.  (We have videos and photos from all the years.  We’re crazy like that)

Yeah, its a little corny, but I want Skylar to know that it’s important to honor those who have died while serving our country.  It’s not that I’m a radical patriot, it’s just that I want him to know that we appreciate what we have here in the U.S.
